NODE Fest

Brief

NODE brings the best in Australasian Motion Graphics and Animation together to share their work, industry insights and creative inspiration. The similarity between node charts and root systems found in nature were our inspiration for this botanical take on this NODE logo ident.

Process

We crafted all the elements by hand focused on the Protea, a native Australian bush flower. We then animated each shot in stop motion, to keep the organic feel of the piece consistent with the subject matter.
