Pricing
How much does it cost?

Budgeting an animated video involves many different factors - animation can be extremely complicated or… a piece of cake.. Therefore budgeting your animated video project can become a challenge. The two most important price indicators of animated videos are the length and style. Luckily we make it easy to get a cost estimate, if you’d like a detailed quote for potential project please fill out the Get a Quote Form

How does invoicing and contracts work?

We have standard Terms & Conditions that we can share on request. For each project, we submit a Statement of Work defining the scope. Once approved, we invoice a percentage upfront and then stage the remaining payments against the delivery schedule.

Do you accept interns?

We had some lovely interns in the past. But we are not looking for an intern right this minute, unless we do it remotely?
We are however always on the lookout for talented freelancers for our bigger projects, so if you think we'll click, drop us a line.
We'd love to hear from you!

How long does a typical project take to produce?

For a 60 second video we usually need 6 to 7 weeks, from script to export. But this can vary a lot depending on a number of factors including deliverables and style complexity. Try to get in touch with us a couple of months before your desired launch date, just to be sure.

Why Soymilk?

We get this question a lot as a lot of people like the name! Firstly, no we are not lactose intolerant :) Quite the contrary, Jenni grew up in Auvergne, a region very known for its dairy, she is actually a real cheese fanatic! The name was actually a way to differentiate ourselves (Soy) from the other mainstream animation styles out there (your regular processed milk), we strive for something different, organic, handmade. The word milk is also a good metaphor for the fluidity of motion we strive for in our work.

Are Paul and Jenni a couple?

Yes, we are not just a creative duo, we also share every other aspect of our lives, which is quite a challenge, but worth it!
